CS2026 SUV汽车制动系统设计 CS2026 SUV汽车制动系统设计 摘 要 制动系统属于汽车的主动安全装置，是交通安全的重要保证，其性能直接关系到汽车行驶的安全性。本次设计主要是根据SUV制动系统的要求，结合当下最受欢迎的SUV—汉兰达，设计出质量可靠、经济性好的符合当前国家标准以及行业标准的SUV制动系统。 此次制动系统的设计采用类比的方法，根据车型的主要参数，完成了总体方案的制定；根据方案设计，完成了制动器、制动轮缸等制动系统主要部件的结构形式和尺寸的选型和计算工作，并且对相关的基本零件的计算完成校核工作，以保证设计的合理性；最后根据相关数据绘制出制动系总装图、制动管路布置图、制动轮缸及制动器等零部件图。 本设计集实用性和经济性于一体的同时保证了制动系统工作的可靠性。 关键词：SUV；制动系统；制动器；制动轮缸；制动管路  THE DESIGN OF CS2026 SUV AUTOMOBILE’ BRAKING SYSTEM ABSTRACT Braking system, whose performance is directly related to the safety of vehicle, belongs to the active safety device of automobile, and it is an important guarantee for traffic safety. This design,which combined with the most popular SUV - Highland at present, is mainly based on the requirements of the SUV braking system to design SUV braking system of good quality,good economical efficiency, which meets the current national standards and industry standards. The design of the braking system adopts the method of analogy. According to the main parameters of the model, the development of the overall program is completed.According to the design scheme, the structure style of main components like brake, brake wheel cylinder, brake system and so on, the selection of size and the work calculation are completed. And the check work of the calculation of the relevant basic parts is finished, in order to ensure the rationality of the design. Finally, according to the relevant data, the assembly drawing of the brake system, brake pipeline layout, brake wheel cylinder and brake parts, etc are drawn. The design integrates practicality and economical efficiency to ensure the reliability of the braking system.
