摘 要 瓯江口灵昆岛作业区围海造地工程位于浙江省温州市瓯江南口，取土航道中心线基本沿温州浅滩围涂工程南围堤南侧布置。为有效解决围海造地的取土，考虑与温州浅滩一期围涂工程相结合，将工程所需取土吹填至温州浅滩一期围涂工程围区内。即在温州浅滩一期围涂工程围区内新建隔堤将围区进行分割，将工程的取土吹填至分割后的围区内，最终解决围海造地的取土。本施工组织设计主要分为六个章节，第一章工程概况，主要介绍工程基本数据即地形地质、水文气象条件等工程的基本概况；第二章为工程量计算；第三章总体施工部署及总平面布置，各个机构的具体职能的划分，分工协作关系，施工总平面布置，施工总体流程，以及资源的配备情况。 第四章施工工艺和方案，这一章是施工组织设计里重要的一章，他主要包括工程施工中，各个分项工程的具体施工工艺及方案，这些直接关系到工程的质量、工程的进度、甚至关系到工程的效益。第五章介绍第六章主要是依次讲了质量、安全方面应该遵循的相关规定以及制订相应的管理保证措施；第七章为计算书，主要为隔堤稳定计算. 关键词：瓯江，整治，吹填，航道疏浚 ABSTRACT Ou jiang river channel dredge engineering work area in the LingKun island is located on the south Ou jing river in the wenzhou city in Zhejiang province.the Channel center line follows the south side of the south round dike of the Wen Zhous shoal round engineering’s.
