M ethod s E ightyfour SD rats were divided random ly into four groups: Sanq i gel group ( NG ), Sanqi group( N), b lank control group( C), fibrin glue group( FG) w ith 21 rats in each group. The right vertebral lam ina ( L L ) of the rats were cut and the durasw ere surroundedw ith Sanq i ge,l Sanqi concentrated solution, norm al saline, fibrin 1 2 glue respectively. R esu lts The effect of Sanqi gel w as superior to that of blank control, Sanqi and fibrin glue group in every tmi e phase(P 00 orP 001) . Conc lu sion Sanq i gel has sign ificantly preventive effect on fibrous scar form ation after lam inectomy, and it could be used as a good m edicine to prevent postoperative peridural adhesion.
