AbstractDeveloping Abstract Developing recycle economy and improving in establishing eco—industrial park have become the common understanding of balancing the development between economy and environment，and many countries have actively improved in the field of the theory research and practice discusse．The theories and research task which have bearing eco—industrial park like：material circulating，intergrowth system，planning and designing，index system are quite valuable．The research on the Land Use is one of the hotspot，however,the discussion to this issue is mainly conducted from qualitative analysis．This situation more or less obstructs the further development of this issue． By taking structure of Land Use as research object，taking qualitative analysis that contrasts the Land Use of eco—industrial park and quantitative analysis useing Artificial Neural Network the paper researches the impacts of space distribution，the proportion of Land Use，and the relationship to eco—industrial park．The spacial significance of the structure of Land Use which supply the basis for constructing and planning of eco—industrial park is also revealed through the research． The paper is composed by five parts： The first part is the introduction which introduces the research background，thoughts， methods and significance which grasps the whole paper． The second part is the explanation of the basic theories of eco-industrial park,and the practice progress of eco—industrial park．Supply the basis for constructing and developing eco-industrial park in theory．The characteristics and the practice progress of eco·-industrial park located both internal and abroad are introduced． The third and the fourth part are the main body of the whole paper．For meticulous research and awords with fact，scale maps of the structure of the typical parks to get the basic data．The further reseach through dividing the Land Use structure to several styles：at first，the space distribution and the relationship between the L
