中文摘要摘要：我国目前城市轨道交通项目采用的工程成本管理模式是以定额为计价基础 中文摘要 摘要：我国目前城市轨道交通项目采用的工程成本管理模式是以定额为计价基础 的全过程工程成本管理模式。已经不适应我国轨道交通发展的国情。全寿命周期 成本管理是一种实现工程项目全寿命周期各阶段总成本最小化的方法。它综合考 虑建造成本和运营维护成本，从而实现科学的设计和合理的选择，以实现最小的 目的。全寿命周期成本管理不仅在成本确定阶段使用，同时也在成本控制阶段使 用。 本文对以下方面进行研究和探讨： 1．把全寿命周期成本分析理论引入到城市轨道交通项目上来，分析了引入的可能 性和优势。 2．建立了城市轨道交通全寿命周期的理论框架。进行了详细的城市轨道交通的全 寿命周期的阶段划分；在阶段划分基础上，对城市轨道交通各个阶段提出成本 管理的内容；以及规划、设计阶段应该采取控制成本的措施。 3．对城市轨道交通项目的全寿命周期成本进行了分析和计算。包括全寿命周期成 本计算所涉及的基本概念、确定了全寿命周期成本分析所涉及的成本范畴、成 本对应的函数、全寿命周期成本的计算公式、全寿命周期成本分析的步骤和全 寿命周期成本计算的数学模型。 关键词：城市轨道交通；全寿命周期；阶段划分；成本分析；控制措施； 分类号：中图分类号：U231； AB AB STRACT ABSTRACT：The project cost management model that we ale applying nOW is Whole Process Cost Management model using the ration嬲the pricing basis．This model has showed its apparent indaptability．The whole life cycle cost management is a method which realize the whole cost minimum in the whole life cycle of the engineering project，the whole life cycle including construction prophase，contruction phase,usage phase and the r句ect phase，ect．It synthesized consider the construction cost and the maintenance cost，sequentially realize the scientific construction design and select the reasonable caiand ect．SO that，at the premise of ensuring the quality of design,realize the target which can reduce the entire life cycle cost of the project．The entire life cycle cost management is used not only in the stage of cost confire but also in the stage of cost control of the engineering project． The innovation of the paper lies in：The first，constituting theory system of the whole life cycle engineering cost management in urban railway,which is fit for Chinese Urban Railway characteristic，the paper analyses defects of the whole process engineering cost management of Urban Railway，synchronously analyses meanings，character and theory framework of it．The sencond，in the full researching and adopting of the international standard of progect period dividing and combining do mestic actual situation．It has made a scientific and reasonabl
