AbstractStudy Abstract Study on the Users Behavior of Information Access and Use Abstract The archival are the main part of archival work,and study on the archival users is always the most important part of archival study．The people oriented service concept surrounding archival users has been widely accepted by the archival circle．In order to provide full catering service for archival users，we should fust know the information needs of users and get hold of users’mentality．And on this basis taking actions to enrich the utilization methods．There are many influencing factors in our daily life and the information needs of users are always changing．The users mentality changing accordingly SO the information behavior of users become more complex and changeable．The study the information behavior of the archival users will provide reference materials for archival department making rules and regulations and finally provide convenience for all sectors of the community． This article is divided into five parts： The first part is introduction．Mainly discussing the objective and significance of this topic．Introducing the domestic present situation and summarized the related research．And then explain the thoughts and methods of this study,points out the innovation points and inadequate． The second part is theory summary of the information behavior of the archival users． Firstly defining the concepts of archival and the information behavior of the archival users．Secondly introducing the three influencing factors：the information requirements of archival users，applied psychology and the utility pattem of archival users．After that，I analyzed the new change of the three factors under the new situation and summarized the regularity of the archival users of their information behavior． The third part is analyzing the utilization status．I explain the status from archival users，archivist and archival departments three dimensions．Mainly includes：the archival 万方数据 Study Study the Behavior of
