冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛的临床有效性与安全性。方法 方便选取XX年12月―XX年8月该院152例冠脉介入治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为实验组，择取同期152例行药物治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为对照组，随访1年，观察两组疗效。结果 实验组心绞痛治疗总有效率及1年生存率高于对照组，非致死性心肌梗死和心律失常均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛效果显著，可有效缓解患者症状，应用安全可靠，值得推广使用。　　[关键词] 冠心病心绞痛；高龄；冠脉介入治疗　　[中图分类号] R541 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674--0045-03　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of coronary intervention in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 152 cases of coronary intervention in treatment of senile coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients from December XX to August XX in this hospital were conveniently selected as the experimental group， 152 cases in treatment of senile coronary heart disease angina pectoris in the same period were selected as the control group， the curative effect of two groups were observed in the two groups after one year follow-up. Results The total effective rate was % and one-year survival rate was % in the experimental group， higher than those in the control group， nonfatal myocardial infarction was % and arrhythmia was %， lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Coronary intervention is effective in treating angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease， which can release the illness， with high safety， so it is worthy to be popularized and used.　　[Key words] Coronary heart disease angina pectoris； Elderly； Coronary intervention　　冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化病变导致管腔狭窄闭塞所引起的缺血缺氧性心脏病，依据世界卫生组织标准可分为无症状心肌缺血、心绞痛、心肌梗死等5种类型[1]。其中，心绞痛是以阵发胸痛为特征表现的临床综合征，由心肌短暂性缺血缺氧所引起[2]。近年来，冠脉介入技术发展迅速，已经成为临床改善心肌血流灌注的主要方法，可有效缓解有心肌缺血依据的冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状。文章现以XX年12月―XX年8月该院152例冠脉介入高龄冠心病心绞痛患者，分析探讨其应用效果，现报道如下。　　1 资料与方法　　 一般资料　　方便选取该院152例冠脉介入治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为实验组。男87例，女65例；年龄70～88岁，平均岁；病程2～11年，平均年；不稳定型心绞痛92例，稳定型心绞痛60例；合并高血压54例，糖尿病33例。择取同期152例行药物治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为对照组。男89例，女63例；年龄70～87岁，平均岁；病程3～11年，平均年；不稳定型心绞痛90例，稳定型心绞痛62例；合并高血压51例，糖尿病34例。两组一般资料差异无统计
