Methods National standard method, direct sampling method and standard additions- direct sampling method were applied to testing for several products and comparing the pros and cons of various methods, finally, the experimental method was obtained. Results For each tested method group, the calcium and sodium detection limits were 0.42 mg/100 g and 3.75 mg/100 g, 0.38 mg/100 g and 0.96 mg/100 g, 0.38 mg/100 g and 0.96 mg/100 g, respectively.
