I I I 扬州人学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract Tensile test machine iS one of the basic devices used to test metal and non-metal material mechanical performances such as strength，rigidity,flexibility,plasticity and etc through pull and stretch testing．The testing data of tensile test machine is a basis in project design and guaranteeing product safety．Without accurate testing data it could cause material waste，even serious quality accident in production． Tensile test machine is made of machinery,data-acquisition，servo control，data-disposition and other system．The testing machine research fields include the increasing data-acquisition speed and precision,the moving beam s speed·adjust ranges and stability,the expanding extent of automatization．A test and control system on tensile test machine Was designed in this paper according to the factory．Data-acquisition technology,AC-Servo control technology,and Computer control technology are used in this system．The system realizes pull and stretch testing functions by design of single chip hardware circuit as well as programming of related measurement and control The system structure of the tensile test machine is introduced in the dissertation first，and then the testing machine S functional theory is analyzed．The strain electronic bridge sensor is used to measure the load in the system．The acquisition signal has excellent characters，such as good linearity,high sensitivity,and rapid response．A traditional electronic stretcher is used to measure deformation with little noise，hi．gh gain,strong resisting error．A new light·electricity encoder is used to measure location．The encoder is light，reliable．The whole process of clamp location Can be recorded with the encoder．The AC．Servo driver of Panasonic motor is used in electrical controller． Its function is strong；it has wide ranges and high stability on speed． The system emphasis is single chip technology,it is used to measure the load and deformation of sample，the location of clamper,at the same
