2004 6 19 6 Radiol Practice,Jun 2004, Vol 19, No.6 3 9 ## MRI 李莹, 徐坚民, 孙黎明 = :总结各类胼胝体病变的MRI 影像分布特点: 68 例经证实并行MRI 检 的各种胼胝体病变按 是否仅局限在胼胝体,横轴面上胼胝体区病灶是否按中线分布,胼胝体病灶的前后位置, 胼胝体外脑内病灶是否左右对称 分别分组,分析各种病变分布上有无特点: ¹ 68 例病变中17 例局限于胼胝体, 51例合并胼胝体外脑内病灶º 胼 胝体区病灶56 例为中线分布, 12 例为偏侧分布» 7 例脑轴索损伤(7/ 11) , 6 例肾上腺脑白质营养不良( 6/ 6) , 3 例脂肪 栓塞( 3/ 3) ,4 例海洛因脑病( 4/ 4) , 1例病毒性脑炎( 1/2) 累及胼胝体压部6 例胶质母细胞瘤(6/ 10) 累及胼胝体前部¼ 非局限组中36 例( 36/ 51)脑内病灶为对称和基本对称分布:各种胼胝体病变的影像分布有明显的特征性 = 胼胝体; 并发症; 磁共振成像 = R445. 2; R742 = A = 1000-0313(2004) 06-0389-03 MRI analysis of distributing characteristics of corpus callosum lesions LI Ying, XU Jian- in, SUN L-i ing. R.China = Abstract Objective: To su arizethe MRI distributing features of corpus callosu lesions. Methods: 68 cases of corpus callosu lesions were grouped according to their localization, their situation with the idline, and thefront and back distribution. Results: ¹ 68 cases of corpus callosu lesions after MRI exa ination wereproved by clinic and /or pathology. 17 of 68 caseswere focal lesions,and 51 cases were co bined with other lesions in the brain. º 56 cases were localized in the idline,and 12 cases showed he ilateral distribution. » Therewere 7 cases of diffuse axonal injury ( 7/ 11) , 6 cases of adrenoleukodystrophy ( ALD), 3 cases of fat e bolis of brain(FEB), 4 cases of encephalopathy after herion vapor inhalation, one of virus encephalitis ( 1/2) in- volving the spleniu of corpus callosu ,and 6 cases of astrocyto a occurring in the foreside of corpus callosu .
