第 24 卷第 3 期 环 　境 　科 　学 　学 　报 Vol . 24 ,No . 3 2004 年 5 月 ACTA SCIENTIAE CIRCUMSTANTIAE May ,2004 ( ) 文章编号 2004 　　　中图分类号 :X53 　　　文献标识码 :A 甲苯在渗流区的生物通风去除模拟 ( 隋　红 ,李鑫钢 ,姜 　斌 ,段云霞　 天津大学化工学院; 精馏技术国家工程研究中心 , 天津 　 300072) 摘要 :建立了数学模型来描述生物通风过程中渗流区土壤中甲苯的运移和生物降解过程 ,模型考虑了对流通量 、扩散通量 、 相间传质和生物降解项 ,模型中的生物降解参数由独立间歇实验用LevenbergMarquardt 方法确定. 在实验室中用土柱实验来 模拟生物通风过程 ,结果显示 ,实验数据与模型比较吻合 ,经过 50 h 后 ,约有 98 %的甲苯已被去除. 利用土柱尾气中甲苯实验 数据和质量衡算式计算可得 :挥发去除的甲苯占初始加入甲苯的5378 % ,生物降解去除的甲苯为 4292 % ,土壤中残余甲苯 浓度为 256 mg ·kg - 1 . 关键词 :生物通风 ;土壤修复 ;生物降解 ; 甲苯 ;渗流区 The simulation of removal of toluene by bioventing in the vadose zone ( School of Chemical Engineering and Technology , Tianjin 　300072 ; SUI Hong , LI Xingang , J IANG Bin , DUAN Yunxia 　 National Engineering Research Center for Distillation Technology , Tianjin 　300072) Abstract :The transport and biodegradation of toluene in the vadose zone could be quantitatively described with a mathematical model , which considered the advective flux , diffusion , interphase mass transfer and biotransformations. The microbial parameters were determined by Leven bergMarquardt method in the independent batch experiments. The soil column was used to simulate the bioventing. Results showed that the model was well fitted with experimental data . After 50 h , 98 % of the toluene was removed. With the data of toluene in offgas and mass conser vation equation , we obtained that toluene removed by volatilization and biodegradation were 5378 % and 4292 % respectively , and the resid - 1 ual toluene in the soil was 256 mg ·kg .
