PAGE1 / NUMPAGES1 影响男护生职业生涯发展的相关因素分析及对策  【摘要】 目的 通过调查影响男护生职业生涯发展的相关因素，并分析其对策，从而增加男护生热爱护理专业的信心。方法 采用自行设计调查问卷，对58名男护生的择业观念、角色适应情况等进行调查分析。结果 绝大多数男护生选择护理专业并非他们第一志愿，择业的主要动机是容易就业和收入；存在心理压力和焦虑情绪，认为影响男护生职业生涯发展的最重要的因素是社会偏见及传统观念。结论 针对性地加强专业思想教育，使男护生增加对护理专业的信心，并呼吁社会更加重视男护士，充分发挥男护士在医院岗位的优势，满足医院需求的同时使学校的男护生的生源扩大，就业率提高。  【关键词】  男护生；职业生涯；相关因素；对策   The Related Factors Analysis and Countermeasures of Influencing Male Nursing Students Career Development  【Abstract】 Objective Through investigating the related factors of influencing the male nursing students’ career development,and analyzing their response,the male nursing students can increase the confidence of loving nursing Taking the questionnaire designed by ourselves to investigate and analyze 58 male nursing students concept of careers,role of adaptation and state of psychological The majority of male nursing students who chose the nursing profession are not their first choice,and the main motive of choosing the career is easy employment and income; they have psychological stress and anxiety and believe that social prejudice and tradition Concept are the most important factors which influence the male nursing students career Targeted to strengthen the ideological and professional edu  cation,eliminate the psychological barriers bringing by gender bias and called on the community to pay more attention to male nurses and played the full advantages of male nurses in posts at the hospital to meet the needs of the the same time,made the school students of male nursing expand,and increase the employment rate.  【Key words】 Male nursing students；Career；Correlation factor；Countermeasures   随着护理事业的发展，护理职业发生改变，男护士悄然兴起，医院对男护生的需求在增加，这说明男护生的就业是很乐观的［1］。但在大学里，护理专业不容易招到男生，即使招到，将来成为男护士的也很少。因此，需要转变传统观念，我们通过调查影响男护生职业生涯发展的相关因素并对男护生的就业前景进行分析，了解男护生的思想动态，针对性地加强思想教育，让更多的男生加入护理专业的行列中来，为护理事业做出贡献。  本院护理专业2017年招收了58名男护生，笔者分别针对其影响职业生涯发展的相关因素进行了调查，现报告如下。   1 对象和方法   调查对象 护理学院
