263 (1) (2) (3) I Abstract This study bases on on -line service attributes, Technology Acceptance Model, and relational quality to explore on -line shopping behaviors. Furthermore, this study also examines the moderating effect of on -line shopping experiences on purchase intentions. This study obtained 263 valid questionnaires from on -line shopping consumers. The findings show that information quality, reputation, and perceived ease of use have positive effects on trust. On the other hand, perceived usefulness, convenience, and enjoyment positively affect satisfaction. Meanwhile, trust and satisfaction both positively affect purchase intentions. Finally, on -line shopping experiences moderate th e effects of information quality, reputation, and perceived ease of use through trust to affect purchase intentions. It indicates that the mediating effect of trust is stronger under the condition of low on -line shopping experiences than under the conditio n of high on -line shopping experiences. In addition, on -line shopping experiences also moderate the effects of perceived usefulness, convenience, and enjoyment through satisfaction to affect purchase intentions. It means that the mediating effect of satisf action is stronger under the condition of high on -line shopping experiences than the condition of low on -line shopping experiences.
