电子产业是高科技产业，是拥有高附加值的可再生行业。电子行业的发展不仅能够 增强一个国家在科技技术领域的硬实力，还能够增加国家在国际上制定标准等的软实 力。近20多年，我国电子行业随着改革开放的深入而得到了快速发展。但在高速发展 过程中，面对着激烈的市场竞争，财务风险问题也日益突出。在我国，电子行业发展迅 速，而对电子行业企业所涉及的财务风险分析尚显不足。针对我国电子行业企业财务分 析的研究刻不容缓。 本文对我国电子企业财务风险进行分析。将财务分析与风险指标相结合的方法，分 析结果对电子行业公司财务有较高的实用性。首先，研究财务风险基本理论。包括对财 务风险的概念、基本特征以及内容。其次，分析我国电子行业金业财务风险的表现。主 耍分析电子行业的现状以及所面临的主耍财务风险。再次，探讨我国电子行业现存财务 风险问题。最后，提岀加强财务风险管理的建议。 关键词：电了行业中国企业财务风险管理 ABSTRACT The electronics industry is the high-technology industry, is the renewable enterprise with the high added value.
