Facing the market competition from domestic and overseas on agricultural products, we must speed up the further development of agricultural products logistics area , improve the value of agricultural products, reduce material loss . All these tasks rely on the resolution of agricultural products logistics park construction.Participants of agricultural products logistics park gathering together, playing a collaborative service function, sharing logistics information and infrastructure resources of agricultural products, playing to the value effect of agricultural products logistics park, finally all these facts realize the maximization of the value of agricultural products in logistics links. This article conducts a study on the development of agricultural products logistics park of from the perspective of value chain management.First it reviews the research situation of agricultural products logistics park at home and abroad,describes concepts of agricultural products logistics, logistics park and related research and discussed the experts’ and scholars’ statements and related arguments on the value, value chain and value chain management which clears related arguments of the value chain management theory.Then it analyzes value realization of agricultural products logistics park from three aspects which concluded agricultural products value chain , value chain of agricultural product logistics enterprises and the logistics industry of agricultural products.
