价值流图析在冲压厂精益生产的应用研究 价值流图析在冲压厂精益生产的应用研究 对外经贸大学05级MBA江西班 ABSTRACT In recent years，LP(Lean Production)is widely to spread in the world． First，in the automobile field，a11 the nearly large automobile manufactory start to absorb in the idea of LP．to spread”just in time(JIT)”production，to strength cooperation with other enterprise．The basic idea of Lp is to eliminate unnecessary waste of production，Accord to the time and quantity of the customer want，it require enterprise to produce necessary product．It is good for the enterprise tO reduce the cost of manufacture and to increase economical value．The iean of LP，namely don’t to invest unwanted element of production，only to produce the product the market urgent need(or next sequence urgent need)on special time．Value，namely all the action of management is value and economical．Compare to the traditional iilaSs production，LP can produce high quality and versatile brand of product which only need little finer peopie、less invesment、less stock and zero stock、minor the cycle time and the field of production、short time of new product．So LP is the best organization system of production in the latest industry．The way of LP organzation production、staff managementand enterprise corporation are widely to absorb and spread by more and more enterprise． Many enterprise always run into the question that they don’t know how to implement LP．So it is important to get to know their real value stream for enterpri se to implement their LP and to keep on improving their work．Now JMC is implementing JPS(JMC production system)by FPS(Ford production system)as reference．So LP target is improving very quickly，Such as FTT(first time through)、OEE(over all equipment effectiveness)、DTD(dock to dock)、BTS(build to schedule)、TC(toral cost)and SO On．The article introduce the way how to use the value stream chart．You can draw the actual enterprise value stream chart according to depict the customer demand、the product stream、mate
