摘 要 办公自动化，英文全称为 Office Automation，英文简称 OA，即针对办公信息实 现的自动化处理。它使用先进的计算机网络技术，由各种人机信息系统、设备来协 助企业完成各种办公业务活动。能够最大程度利用信息，提高工作质量和效率，提 高生产效率。 以现有的自动化办公系统的分析和实现为基础，通过对企业内部管理及业务发 展需求的分析，将 Internet 技术和软件技术相结合起来应用，实现企业信息化管理和 企业办公的自动化。本系统将原型法与结构化相结合起来进行系统开发，设计了一 个包含用户身份验证模块，职工信息管理模块，通讯录管理模块，日程安排模块、 日志模块、短消息管理模块、会议管理模块、公告管理模块和文件管理模块等的自 动化办公系统。 本文主要针对基于 MVVM 的 OA 系统开发的关键问题进行研究，并提出了基于 MVVM 开发中小企业 OA 系统的整体思路。本文主要分析对比了现有开发 OA 的常 用技术，论述了基于 MVVM 的 OA 系统开发，并进行了测试和验证。 关键字：MVVM，办公，自动化，会议管理，文档管理 I II II ABSTRACT Office automation is abbreviated as O A, the automation of information processing that work , it utilizes advanced technology, makes various official working operational activities of peoples help to finish by various apparatus , various man- machine information systems progressively , reach and fully utilize information, improve working efficiency and work quality , the purpose to boost Productivity .
