研究生优秀毕业论文 竺皇丝 竺皇丝 一堡兰|!塑竺生 Abstract The angle synchronous precision is whether the sighting telescope rotates according tO the relationship of angle which has been set,when the artillery rotates in the horizontal or venical direction．The firing precision and probability of the first round hit is affected by the angle svnchronouS accuracy．The artificial calibration method is used in the traditional nleasurement。but the method has its limitation，for example，10W accuracy,complex operation proceSS and low credibility．So，a system with high precision and reliability to meet the measurement requirements is necessary． A measuring device based auto．collimation theodolite is designed in this paper,after studying and comparing the methods at home and abroad；in addition，the corresponding calibration device which Can be used to evaluate the performance of the measurement system is designed．Firstly,the optical path of the system is designed by using the ZEMAX soRware， and the corresponding installation was put forward according to the installation deviation． Secondly,a high precision angle output device is designed in order to evaluate the performance of the measurement system．High precision positioning is realized by SCIWO system based on torque motor．Finally,the control system of synchronous preclston measurement is programmed in LabVIEW development environment，including system initialization,for example，the initialization of RS232 communication interface，the initial zero calibration of the measurement system ect，high precision positioning of motion device for example，the angle positioning of the barrel analog device ect and the data reading， processing，preservation of the theodolite． The calibration experiment of the measurement system is carried out after the system is designed．The results of the error analysis show that the measurement system of precision synchronization can meet the design requirements with good value· Key word：Synchronous precision，Angle calibration，LabV
