Rights liberty,interest qualifications regulated in morals law$.Positively speaking.to be endowed with specific right implies others’duties of providing some certain benefit,service care, which often is popular conception by social groups.While negatively speaking,one particular right
normally signifies that others must“keep silent”,which is ofen held by liberals.Children’s rights,
aocordingly,are liberty,interests qualifications regulated in morals Iaws to be enjoyed by children.
An examination of the evolution and development of children’s right in history will show its homogeneity wim the concept of rights.children’s rights now cencems of educational philosophy. This is due to the fact that children’s rights not only touch upon individual development ofchildren but also relate to the formation ofeducationjustice and civil society.
It is definitely morally and legally rightful fur children to enjoy ri2量1ts.However,several arguments
deny children of being right subject the ground that children are not fuIly rational;special and
love has been giyen to children;children’s rights might threaten the edncation authority:children do not
bear duties.Theso aIIguments do not hold up snfficiently if we consider the fullowing fact that children deserve rights only by being human beings;children are developmental in reason;mercy and kindness does not endow children with rights;children’s rights do not go against other soeial values;children bear natural duties.ChiIdren’s rights fundamentally gum-antee their liberty.Although education is compulsory,it does not deny children’s rights.Therefore,education compulsion does not imply autocratic education。which thoroughly abolishes and negates children’s rights.OppositelB it acknowledges children’s rights prerequisite.Consequenflychildren’s liberty is recognized.
