m1III m1III IIII III I Illl IlIIILI 摘要 Y1 923834 摘要 新课改的推进关键在于有一支高素质的教师队伍，教师专业发展是提高教师素质 的重要途径。本文对个案学校教师专业发展存在的问题进行了深入的分析和探讨，运 用教学案例分析的方法，解决教师在实践性与理论性知识方面的问题，促进教师专业 发展。 本文共分四个部分，第一章绪论主要阐述研究的意义，相关概念界定、研究内 容及方法；教师专业发展内涵、教师专业结构、教师专业发展阶段以及促进教师专业 发展方式的文献综述；教学案例分析的理论基础及为什么教学案例分析能促进教师专 业发展。第二章分析了学校教师专业发展中存在的主要问题。从知识结构、教学理念、 教研活动以及教师培训四个方面，阐述了个案学校教师专业发展的问题。第三章提出 了解决问题的对策一运用教学案例分析促进教师专业发展。教师通过课堂实践，研究 “关键事件”，分析教学案例和撰写教学案例，丰富教学实践知识与实践智慧，获得 专业发展。第四章阐述了教学案例分析对教师专业发展的作用。提高了课堂教学效 果，提升了教师反思能力，改进了教研活动。 关键词：教师专业发展，教学案例分析个案研究 A．bstractAbstract A．bstract Abstract Hi曲．qual畸teachers are the key to the new curriculum reform．Teachers’ professional development is an important way to improve their teaching ability．The problems with teachers’professional development in a certain school are analyzed and I， discussed in this article．Teaching case analysis method is applied to solve teachers’ problems with practical and theoretical knowledge in their teaching and promote their ：～ professional development． This article consists of four parts．The first chapter mainly introduces the following aspects：Firstly，the significance of the research，the definition of relative concepts， research contents and metohds，the connotation and structure of teachers’professional development，the stages of teachers’professional development．Secondly，the theoretical basis of teaching case analysis and reasons why teaching case analysis call promote teachers’professional development are also involved in this part．The second chapter focuses on analyzing the main problems which exist in teachers’professional development from four aspects(knowledge structure，teaching ideas，research activity and teacher training)．In the third chapter，a strategy for solving the problems is put forward promoting teachers’professional development by analyzing teaching cases．By practising teaching，analyzing‘key incidents”in class，analyzing teaching cases and writing articles about them，teachers Can enrich their teaching practical know
