节约型高校：范畴界定、评价指标 与建设模式研究 摘 要 节约型社会呼唤节约型学校，节约型学校是建设节约型社会的根 基。高等学校是学校系统的重要组成部分。建设节约型高校，不仅是高 校自身发展的需要，也是高校应承担的社会责任。我国高校在教育资 源稀缺的情况下，浪费现象依然严重，突显三个问题：节约意识问题、 资源管理问题和人才培养问题。在新的节约观及节约型社会建设的社 会背景下，高校在改革发展中必须走节约之路。建设节约型高校由此 应运而生。 本文在背景分析的基础上，首先对节约型高校的内涵进行分析，从 整体上把握节约型高校的内涵、目标与特征。由此为基础，尝试构建了 节约型高校评价指标体系。其初步目标是，阐释高校现状问题，实施高 校建设评价，预测高校发展趋势。最后，针对存在问题和节约型高校评 价指标内容，参考国外相关建设模式的经验，提出了我国节约型高校建 设的可选择模式：节约型校园文化模式、节约型资源管理模式及节约型 人才培养模式。这是本文的研究重点，具有强烈的实践性；对我国当前 高校的节约型建设具有借鉴意义。 关键词：节约型高校；资源稀缺；教育浪费； 评价指标；建设模式 Resource-efficient College and University：Study of Category Definition, Index Evaluation and Pattern Construction Abstract Resource-efficient society needs resource-efficient school, and which is the groundwork of constructing resource-efficient society. College and university is the important part of school system. To construct resource-efficient college and university is not only the needs of college and university’s development itself, but also is the responsibility that college and university should take. Phenomena of waste is still serious in college and university, though education resources are rare, most of which are the problems of the resource-efficient ideal, resource of management and talent cultivation. At the background of new viewpoint of economy and constructing resource-efficient society, and in the course of reforming and developing, resources in college and university must be economized. To construct resource-efficient college and university emerges as the times require. On the basic of analysis of background, firstly, the thesis analyzes category of resource-efficient college and university, so as to grasp the conception, goal and characters as a whole. And then, the thesis tries to design evaluated index system of resource-efficient college and university which aims to explain the problems, evaluate how to construct effectively and forecast the trend in college and university.
