AbstractThe Abstract The concept of”the teacher’S right ofdiscipline”was not explicitly proposed in our country’S educational law.the teache r,S law and other laws relate to education.However in educational reality,the teacher’S right of discipline has always being actually used,and also continuously is playing the role.Because the law is fuzzy as well aS the people’S understanding to this right is not comprehensive,adds the influence of Chinese traditional educational view,the teacher’S right of discipline is misused,which is extremely disadvantageous to mold the middle·school students’ moral WOrds and deeds. On the baSis of research findings relate to the teacher’S right of discipline,this study has mainly discussed this right’S standard function on mold middle-school students’moral words and deeds.We adopt historical approach,comparative method and case study method during the course ofstudy,and reach some conclusions. There are seven parts in this paper:We have mainly clarified the significance,the purposes for the study,key concepts of the research topic,and the present situation of the studyand research methods in the foreword part.The first part has analyzed the essence of the teacher’S right of discipline,and discriminated the COm concepts.The second part has elaborated the basis of the teacher’S right of discipline from four aspects.which is the traditional idea,the educational need,the legal stipulation and other nations and locals experience.The third and four parts separately elaborated the teacher’S right ofdiscipline from the pro and con.The fifth part analyzed the principle and skills while use the teacher’S right of discipline.We rethought profoundly to the studying in the epilogue part. We came to conclusion that,the teacher’S right of discipline is an indispensable part of the teacher’S education right.This is tcacher’S responsibility to criticize and educate the middle‘school students who did wrong behaviors.The teacher’S right of discipline has
