This paper will break structure parameters identification problem down into two questions to study, one is for the stiffness of the original function of differential equations’ solution, the other is a requirement for the stiffness of the function of the first-class Fredholm integral equations (inverse problem). The main analysis is about how to solve the first-class integral equations. To begin with, we introduce the basic definitions for inverse problems and the relations between ill-posedness and first-class operator equations. Meanwhile, we present some ideas and techniques to solve ill-posed problem, such as regularization methods and some popular methods. Then, for oscillatory differential equations, we use Fourier transformation and change the problems from time domain to frequency domain. This critical point for this step is to solve the differential equations by solving the first-class Fredholm integral equations. First we have to discrete the continuous problem and improve the iterative regularization methods. In this paper, we use the properties of matrix to process the matrix after discretization and change the product between matrices into the product between numbers, which make regularization methods preserve their advantages as well as increasing the convergence rate and computational efficiency. The costs of computation clearly decrease as the iteration steps increase. Finally, we use smooth method to get p results from p smooth factors and put Lagrange interpolation formula into the results to get the stable approximate solution when the smooth factors are zero.
