People should have faith. Deep in their heart this faith should guide their life. This faith should also allow a person to believe in karma and rely on a person’s heart to guide their actions. This faith will lead to a moral code, that would not allow this type of event to occur. Others disagree, they argue that law is the best way to guide citizen’s actions, but in China the law cannot solve this problem. I think that China should have a new organization or foundation that will take the form of a relief system. This system will provide relief to all citizens. Besides creating this support system, we can also strengthen and develop the security camera system in public areas. The first benefit to this type of system would be that authorities can more easily provide evidence against someone who ignores a victim of an accident.
