进出口总额主要要素及对策分析 摘要 从1978年改革开放以来，中国对外经济迅速发展。1978年，进出口总额仅206.4亿 美元，在世界贸易中的排名为第32位。到2010年进出口总额为29727.6亿美元。排名第 二。纵观32年，从一个较低的水平发展到了一个很高的水平，对外贸易的发展对中国经 济发展起到了不可低估的作用。但是，越来越高的进出口贸易的增长，直接的结果就是 我国外贸依存度的迅速攀升，这在一定程度上造成国民经济的过分对外依赖,国际经济 形式的风云变幻在一等程度上会严重影响我国的经济发展。本文先通过分析对2010年之 前进出口总额与美元兑人民币汇率、外商直接投资、 关税收入等的影响关系，从而了 解进出口总额受只影响的程度。 关键词：进出口总额、美元兑人民币汇率、外商直接投资、 关税收入 A 进出口总额主要要素及对策分析 Abstract Since the reform and opening up to the outside world in 1978, Chinas foreign trade has developed rapidly. In the year 1978, our total export and import volume is just US$ 20.64 billion and ranking the 32th in the world trade. While in 2010,the total export and import volume reachs US$2.97276 trillion and then ranking the second. Looking back into the previous 32 years, Chinas economy hugely developed from a relative low level into a higher level, and during this process, The development of foreign trade played a very important role. However, the increasing growth of import and export trade is a direct result of the rapid rise of Chinas interdependency on the foreign trade, which to some extent lead to the excessive external dependence for our national economy and also the rapid changing form of the international economy will also seriously impact on our Chinas economic development. In this article, we analysed the relationship between the export import volume before 2010 and Us dollar to RMB exchange rate, foreign direct investment and tariff revenue etc so as to know more about the impact on the total export and import volume.
