3) 能用if 引导的条件状语从句作出假设,用will谈论结果。

Step1. Lead-in
Enjoy an English song:“Happy new year”.
T: What’s today?
Ss: It’s Tuesday the 29th.
T: New Year is coming. We’ll have a New Year’s party. Can you come to the party?
S1: Sure, I’d love to.
T: This class, we’ll learn Unit10 If you go to the party, you’ll have a good time. (出示课题)
Step2. Presentation the new words
T : If we have a party, what can we do at the party? Let’s have a class meeting to discuss it. (出示新单词meeting)
T: I think we can watch a video, eat potato chips and chocolate and play games. I’ll ask someone to organize the party.
(设计意图:创设情景呈现新单词meeting, video, organize, potato chips, chocolate)
Then let students read new words and check the new words.
Step3. Present new structure:
T: If we have a party, I’ll be happy. If I am happy, I’ll organize the party games. What about you? If you are happy, what will you do?
