Read the words in 1a by yourselves and underline the difficult words. 2. Translate the words in 1a into Chinese. 3. Match the words with the opposite words. 4. Practice reading the new words loudly. Step3. Learn and Practice （学习新课并练习） 1. Group work: Read the words on PPT and find the rules of comparative degree. 2. Explain the rules of comparative degree. 一般情况下，直接加er. 以e结尾的，直接加r. 以辅音字母加y结尾的，把y变i加er. 重读闭音节且以一个辅音字母结尾的，双写末尾的辅音字母加er. 部分双音节词和多音节词，在之前加more. 3. Read the sentences in the picture and 1c and try to translate them into Chinese. 4. Ask some pairs to act out their translation. 5.
