Step 3 Listening Pre- listening, let students read the resolutions in 1a and match the pictures with the New Year’s resolutions . While-listening , listen for the first time and finish 1c ; listen for the second time and match the resolutions with the names ; listen for the third time and fill in the chart. Post-listening Read after the tape. Step 4 Group work This activity provides Ss to set up their New Year’s resolutions and practice using the target language.
