Abstract Abstract China developed very quickly in the past few years combined with reformation. This brings in effects not only on our business but also noticeably impacts on health service industry. Establishing of private hospital and import of foreign capital hospital due to economic reformation pushes domestic medical industry into global marketplace. Along with the promotion of medical and health system reformation in recent years, medical market diversification and fierce competition will break “medical monopoly”. In present economic conditions of China, compensation system optimization, redesign of “salary plus bonus” compensation model, establishing of fair, reasonable, scientific and competitive compensation solution are necessary to win a place in healthcare market. Taking LX Hospital as an example, guided by modern human resource and compensation management theories, depth investigation and analysis of present compensation situation in LX Hospital help finding out disadvantages and its reason of compensation system. The guiding ideology, principles and framework are designed guided by reasonable and scientific compensation system. Compensation optimization design solution based on post is accomplished through present situation analysis, compensation investigation, post evaluation, and compensation optimization.
