摘要 物流产业在国民经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色，随着经济发展方式的转变， 物流需求层次不断提高，对物流产业提出了更高的要求。然而目前我国物流产业组织 化发展相对滞后，主要表现在物流市场结构不尽合理、市场集中度不高、物流企业规 模普遍较小等。基于此，本文在物流集成场理论的基础上对物流产业组织化的模式及 实现路径进行了探讨分析。 通过对相关研究成果的梳理与相关概念的界定，首先阐述了物流产业组织化的概 念及内涵，认为物流产业组织化是物流组织之间通过多种方式的协调与合作，合理配 置相关资源，创新物流服务模式，不断提升物流服务效率，优化物流产业结构，使得 物流活动及物流组织从无序向有序运作演变的动态过程。在 SCP 范式的基础上对物流 产业发展现状进行了分析，阐述了物流产业组织化的内因与外因。然后在集成场视角 下探讨了物流产业组织化过程，分析了四种组织化模式：基于集成型物流企业的组织 化模式、基于平台集成体的组织化模式、基于两业联动的组织化模式、基于物流企业 联盟的组织化模式，详细阐述了不同模式运作的影响因素，并对四种组织化模式进行 了评价与比较。 最后分析了物流产业组织化效应，并从政府、物流企业、制造企业三个层面阐述 了实现物流产业组织化发展的路径。希望本文能够为物流产业组织化的发展提供一定 的指导和借鉴作用。 关键词：物流产业，组织化，物流集成场，实现路径 I II II Abstract With the transformation of economic development, logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in national economic development, the logistics demand level continues to increase, the logistics industry has put forward higher requirements. Currently, the development of Chinese logistics industrial organization, however, is lagging behind, mainly in the logistics market structure is unreasonable, market concentration is low, generally small scale enterprises and so on. Based on this, field of industrial organization and implementation path model analysis were discussed on the basis of the logistics integration. Firstly, by carding relevant research results, the author elaborate the logistics industrial organization concept and content, the logistics industrial organization is dynamic process that the coordination among logistics organization through a variety of ways, the rational allocation of resources, innovation of logistics service mode, improvement the efficiency of logistics services, optimization of logistics industrial structure, ordination of logistics activities. On the basis of SCP paradigm, the current situation of logistics industry development were analyzed, it elaborated internal and external causes of logistics industrial organization.
