国家形象与话语权研究 A study of national image and discourse power 叶淑兰 一、课程简介 本课程以专题形式探讨中国的国家形象与话语权问题，旨在推动同学们了解中国形象与话语权的前沿研究，批判性思考中国形象与话语权构建存在的问题与战略，引导同学们撰写一篇较高水平的课程论文。 课程内容主要由理论历史篇、现实专题篇和借鉴反思篇三部分组成。理论历史篇讲授国家形象理论、话语权理论、中国外交话语的传统性与现代性以及中国形象与话语权的历史变迁；现实专题篇分别讲授外国人眼中的中国形象与话语权，探讨战略性外交话语，中国形象话语互动、南海话语权、公共事件话语权等议题；借鉴反思篇讲授美日等国家形象与话语权构建的启示以及中国形象与话语权构建的反思与战略。 This course explores Chinas national image and discourse rights in a thematic form. It aims to promote students understanding of the frontier of Chinese image and discourse. From this study, students can critically consider the problems and strategies of the construction of Chinese image and discourse right. The purpose of this course is guide students to write one high level of thesis, it is very important for students to study. The main content of the course consists of three parts: theoretical history, realistic topics and reference to reflection. The history of the theory teaches the theory of national image, the theory of discourse right, the tradition and Modernity of Chinas Diplomatic Discourse, and the historical changes of Chinese image and discourse power; The topic of the special respectively teaches the Chinese image and discourse right in the eyes of foreigners, discusses the strategic Diplomatic Discourse, the interaction of Chinese image discourse, the right to speak in the South China Sea, the right to speak of public events and so on; Drawing lessons from introspection give a lecture of the revelation of the image and discourse power of the United States and Japan, The reflection and strategy of the construction of Chinese image and discourse power. 二、课程内容及要求 1.课程形式：每次课程为2小时。教师主讲（每位同学以组为单位做1次主题报告，以及自由发言讨论相结合）。 2.主题报告：每位（正式注册的）同学至少以组做一次主题报告（presentation），时间为10分钟左右（讨论为5分钟）；报告同学围绕该节课内容自选角度，阐述核心观点并加以论证，最后以提出一个发人深省的问题结束。报告同学需要接受来自其他同学的问题挑战，并作出回答。 3.阅读要求：要求同学在每次上课之前，必须完成文献的指定阅读部分，尽可能完成延伸阅读。 4.评分标准：课程成绩由论文(开卷考试)、作业和课堂讨论三部分构成。其中论文占60%；作业占20%、课堂讨论占20%。 三、课程进程与阅读 理论历史篇 第一讲：导论【2月25日】 第二讲：国家形象理论【3月3日】 阅读材料： 周明伟等：《对外传播中的国家形象
