Promoting the development of the information technology and management information system, information resources have been known and widely used by all countries around the world. The information construction of china taxation administration, is developing rapidly in the one history. The research object of this paper is to analysis and design the management information system of china taxation administration. Summary of present situation and the existing problems of constructing the Guangdong provincial taxation information system, we use the Structured Design and Data Mining technology, to construct the design of Tax Administration Assistant System Ver2.0. In this paper, we have both theoretical analysis and Exposition, we also have practical construction scheme. In this paper, we have analyzed the application of the tax information in the world now, and the development status of Guangdong provincial taxation information system. We take Tax Administration Assistant System as an example, point out the system’s performance and functional deficiencies, analysis of the causes of defects, to make clear the objectives, principles and methods of system improvement. Then, we make needs analysis and feasibility analysis to support the development of Tax Administration Assistant System. Then, we do some analysis and design of Tax Administration Assistant System, in the respect of overall structure, operating environment, network system, information security, database construction and function module. We also have elaborated the principle model of the Data Mining technology. On function module, we have list three function modules in detail, such as daily monitoring, account statements and key tax source analysis. At last, we introduce the implementation and maintenance of the system, and do overall evaluation of the project. The system is now already in used, with the solu
