Summary The key problem of the modern enterprise system is how to build and perfect the corporate governance structure. The word of Corporate Governance was found in 1980s at first. The first stage is to give the right of independence from 1978 to 1984. The second stage is to advance the separation of two powders from 1985 to 1992. The third stage is to establish of modern enterprise systems from 1993 to 2002.
