胱抑素C测定在肾功能不全中的临床应用 张兴宗林云张红文文晓燕(云南省中医医院检验科云南昆明650021) 【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012) 9-0063-02 【摘要】目的探讨肾功能损害时血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,CysC)作为早期敏感标志 物对临床诊断的价值。方法 釆用胶乳增强透射比浊法测定血清CysC的浓度，同 时测定血肌肝(Scr)、尿素(BUN)与肾小球滤过率(GFR)进行比较。结果 血 清CysC在健康对照组、肾功能不全代偿期组、肾功能不全失代偿期组、肾衰渴 组、尿毒症期组测定值分别为(0.83plusmn;0.28) (1.44plusmn;0.33). (2.31plusmn;0.61) (5.09plusmn;1.68) (7.93plusmn;1.25)mg/L,随着肾功能的 损害程度增加，血清CysC的浓度升高,相邻各组之间CysC差异均有统计学意义 (Plt;0.01)o肾功能不全代偿期组血清CysC值与健康对照组相比差异有统计学意 义(Plt;0.05),而两组Scr、NUB相比差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论 肾功能 不全不同损害期血清Cys C浓度与肾功能损害程度相关，血清CysC作为反映肾脏 损伤的敏感指标，在肾功能损害早期优于Scr、BUN, CysC与其他肾功能指标联合 检测对正确评估肾功能损害程度有重要临床价值。 【关键词】胱抑素C肾功能损害 肾小球滤过率 肾衰竭 Clinical chemistry pharmacological basis are not satisfied with the result of the importanee of the project analysis Zhang Xing-zong, LinYun, Zhang Hong-wen, WenXiao-yan Departme nt of Clinical Laboratory, Yun nan Provi ncial Hospital of Traditi onal Chinese Medicine, Kunming Yunnan 650021, China.
