II II 工业可持续发展的评价指标体系，并采取多层次多目标的模糊优选评 价方法，对广西制糖工业的可持续发展维度进行客观评价。 结果表明，在可持续发展评价维度下，广西制糖工业的可持续发 展力表现出逐年提升的趋势，但制糖工业系统中的资源控制与系统结 构综合得分较低，成为制约其可持续发展的主要方面。通过理论与实 证的分析，本文认为广西制糖工业的可持续发展是建立在资源子系 统、经济子系统、社会子系统与环境子系统均良好发展的基础上，因 而必须从加强资源的控制与利用效率、提高整体工业运行效率、对工 业结构进行有效调整、重视科学技术在推动行业发展的重要作用等方 面入手，以实现自身良好的可持续发展。 关键词：制糖工业 可持续发展 广西 PAGE PAGE IV SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF GUANGXI SUGAR INDUSTRY ABSTRACT Guangxi as a main producing sugar province, the sugar industry is playing an important role in the regional economic. After years of development, the sugar industry already became a pillar industry in Guangxi, and occupies an important position in the national economy. How to maintain the sustainable development of sugar industry is the main aspects of the realization of economic, social to health and sustainable development to Guangxi. This paper around the proposition of the sustainable development of sugar industry in Guangxi, comprehensive use of the regional economics, industry economics, development economics and the system theory to analysis, make sense of the sustainable development of sugar industry connotation and essence, comb of the supporting conditions and environment depends on the sustainable development of sugar industry, involved in the sugar industry system resources, economic, social, environmental factors such as the organic connection, then constitute interrelated development system to analyze, constructed resources, economy, society, environment subsystem of sugar industry. Based on this, from the perspective of system theory, put forward the concept of ―sustainability‖, believe that only of sugar industry of every subsystem all have good sustainability, in order to effectively support and promote the sugar industry system is sustainable development. Through the analysis of system sustainability and sustainable sources, think that the system actually covers the condition relates to the sustainable development of the system, the efficient operation of the whole
