耳鸣治疗仪对伴耳鸣的突发性耳聋患者的疗效观察 赵颖张勋 (石家庄市第二医院 石家庄市050051) 【摘要】目的：研究耳鸣治疗仪对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者听力及耳鸣的疗效。 方法：选取2014-1至2015-2在我科住院治疗的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者120例, 并随机分为治疗组及对照组，两组均应用常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用耳鸣 治疗仪。结果：两组耳鸣治疗总有效率比较治疗组高于对照组，比较有统计学意 义(Plt;0.05),两组听力总有效率比较无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05), R不同程度听力 损害、不同类型听力损害及不同程度耳鸣两组间听力恢复比较无明显统计学意义 (Pgt;0.05)o结论：耳鸣治疗仪对于突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的耳鸣恢复有一定疗 效，但对患者听力提高无明显疗效。 【关键词】耳聋；突发性；耳鸣；听力损失；耳鸣治疗仪 【中图分类号】R764.1 [Abstract] Objective: To research the clinical effect of hearing and tinnitus on treati ng sudden sen sori neural heari ng loss with tinn itus by Tinn itus-curi ng instrument. Methods: Between January 2014 and February 2015,120 patients with sudden deafness associated with tinnitus were randomly divided into treating group and contrast group, all patients were treated with routine treatment, only the treating group were treated with Tinnitus-curing instrument. Results: In treating group, the total effective rate of tinnitus improvement was higher than that in contrast group, the differences were statistically significant(Plt;0.05). But the differences of the total effective rate of hearing were not statistically sign 讦 icant(Pgt;0.05).A nd the effective rate of hearing in d iff ere nt types of hearing loss, different degrees of hearing loss and d iff ere nt degrees of ti nn itus, the treati ng group was not higher than that in con trast group, the d iff ere nces were not statistically significant(Pgt;0.05). Conclusion: Tinnitus-curing instrument has certain curative effect on tinnitus recovery of patients with sudden hearing loss. But has no significant effect on the improvement of hearing. [Key words] Deafness; Sudden; Tinnitus; Hearing loss; Tinnitus-curing instrume nt 1、资料与方法 1.1临床资料 取2014-1至2015-2期间在我科住院治疗且病案资料完整的120例突聋伴有 耳鸣的患者，通过专科、纯咅听阈测定、声导抗、听性脑干电位、颍骨CT等检 查排除中耳及蜗后占位病变，均满足以下纳入标准：①符合中华医学会耳鼻咽喉 头颈外科学分会2005年制定的突聋诊断标准，且伴耳鸣；②年龄洋;12岁；③ 发病至治疗干预的间隔时间le;14天；④愿意接受口能够配合完成治疗前后的耳 鸣问卷调查。并随机分为治疗组、对照组。两组基本情况比较差异无统计学意义。 1.1.1治疗组60例患者中男32例，女28例；年龄18?61岁，平均39岁， 其中轻度聋例，中度聋45例，重度聋4例；平坦型听力16例，上升型22 例，下降型18例，全
