In this study, is the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine,use of modern science and technology developed antiarrhythmic new Chinese medicine Gui-gan pills.And study the extraction process,the volatile oil inclusion process,molding process,quality standards and other aspects of the study .The main contents are as follows: The study of extraction process As the evaluation index to the extraction rate evaluation of Cinnamon volatile oil,using the composite design-response surface methodology to optimizing the process of the extraction process, the best parameters are as follows: 9 times the amount of water immersion 1h, the steam distillation time is 8h. As the evaluation index to the total value of OD of dry extract yield, total flavonoids and total saponins, using the composite design-response surface methodology to optimizing the process of the the extraction Proces of Glycyrrhizae,the the best parameters are as follows: 10 times the amount of ammonia concentration of 0.2% of the 75% ethanol, refluxed time is1.7 h. the study of guizhi volatile oil inclusion process using HPLC method to test the content of cinnamic aldehyde in theβ-CD inclusion complex.
