Abstract
Harbin Telecommunication Corporation is the cents company that the China Network Communications Group Corporation establishes in Harbin. Broadband Internet Access service is one of the most important services. With it’s sales ranking the important place, its sales strategy gives great influence on the Broadband Internet Access market in the whole province. In recent years, the market environment has changed. The main problem, which Harbin Telecommunication Corporation is faced with, is how to exploit its advantages in search of developing opportunities to win the advantage in severe market competition.
Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the market environment of Broadband Internet Access services product as well as several vital environmental factors, which affect the development of President Broadband Internet Access services in Harbin Province, identifies their advantageous and disadvantageous effects, and forms the foundation for further research. Secondly, the problems in marketing of the Harbin Telecommunication Corporation are analyzed in details. According to the market analysis, main course lies in many aspects, such as product strategy, price strategy, and sales promotion strategy and distribution strategy. Finally, thus concrete suggestions for this kind of Broadband Internet Access service of Telecommunication enterprise in Harbin are proposed, include product strategy, price strategy, and sales promotion strategy and distribution strategy and so on. These suggestions request varied products, pay attention to the corporate customer, the member system marketing, sale promote, practice the brand strategy, stable high level customer. At the same time, the company should also increase advertisement invest, promote good public relations, motivate the jobbers and salesmen. We wish that will provide some beneficial experience and inspirations to those Telecommunication enterprise of Heilongjiang Province.
