AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT In the study of inertial confinement fusion(ICF)driven by laser,the symmetry of target centripetal compression is very important．This requires not onlyⅧIif0咖of the radiation field but also suppression of hydrodynamic instability in the process of compression．For example，Rayleigh-Taylor instability would damage centripetal compression of the target．To monitor the symmetry of target compression and study the growth of hydrodynamic instability,backlighting technology is adopted,i．e．，a high density target is illuminated by keV X-rays as a probe light and then highly space—resolved imaged．These researches require that diagnostic devices have a high spatial resolution and a large field of view． For two kinds of hi曲resolution imaging devices，Fresnel zone plate(FZP)，and Kirkpatrick-Baez(KB)mirror,the thesis mainly does the following researches： Aiming at 1“m high resolution,a method is developed for analyzing the direct imaging by a FZP and numerical calculations ale carried out to study the FZP imaging characteristics in the keV X·ray range．For the Ti恐line(photon energy 4．5 1 keV wavelength 0．275 rim)，the FZP parameters are suggested，for which the technical requirement of fabricating the outmost zone is relatively low．啊1e influence of the target size on the imaging is studied for the first time．It shows that the FZP has a large effective field of view and the image quality can be guaranteed even for a target of several millimeters．The influence of the spectral bandwidth of a polychromatic incident light on the imaging is also studied．Monochromatic imaging Can be obtained due to the achromatic property of the FZE But ff the bandwidth is larger than a limit, the illaage contrast will be degraded． The imaging characteristics of a KB mirror are studied using a numerical calculation code developed domestically,the recipe of the calculation is based on coordinate transformation of ray tracing．The spatial resolution and the field of view of the
