Nowadays, with the economic globalization rapid development, the trade and the competition launched in the global scope, has had the internationalization, the globalization characteristic, limit competition behavior with it accompanied is no longer limits in a country, which influence also has the globalization characteristic. Therefore, the analysis of Anti- Monopoly also by moved towards along with the economic globalization internationally. This paper is based on the representation of the economic globalization and combined with economics theory to analyze the characteristic of current worldwide monopolization and the rapid of Anti- Monopoly, indicate the problem which under the economic globalization the various countries on the process of establishing Anti- Monopoly policy exists, work out imperative conclusion to establish international harmonious Anti- Monopoly policy and put forward some suggestions towards to Chinas position and countenneasure under the economic globalization. This paper includes five parts, the first part is Introduction, mainly introduces the background of this paper and significance as well as the present situation of the domestic and overseas research, this part carries out a total description of the Anti- Monopoly domestic and overseas environment that under the economic globalization. Part two is divided into Monopoly concept limits and traditional theory, this part in view of the question of the diversified monopoly definition, limits the Monopoly concept under the economic globalization which this paper concerned, besides, it introduces the traditional Anti- Monopoly theories in economics, this paper based on these traditional theories, apply and develop them under this new trend of the economic globalization.
