关于中国汽车工业供应链管理的设想 关于中国汽车工业供应链管理的设想 摘要 世界汽车工业的发展状况和加入WTO使中国汽车工业面临一些 新问题和新的竞争格局。从中国汽车工业发展的现状来看，中国整车 制造业和零部件制造业存在着一系列问题，中国汽车供应链体系也存 在一些弊端。在对国外先进汽车生产企业的成功案例分析后，针对中 国汽车工业产能利用率不高、生产管理水平落后、供应链管理落后的 情况，本文提出对中国汽车工业进行产业格局的调整的设想：着重子 以供应链管理为主的降低成本战略的实施，加大在技术开发、生产管 理等薄弱环节的投入，形成中国汽车工业的竞争力；以“先部件再整 车”为核心按照整车、零部件、物流集团的划分方式进行我国汽车集 群化管理改造。同时要注重信息技术在集群化管理中的作用，信息技 术不仅要应用于单个企业或集团中，而且要应用在整个汽车工业的供 应链和价值链中。本文提出构建适合我国国情的汽车工业供应链信息 平台的想法，充分利用信息技术能提高效率、能整合资源和高扩展性 的特点来优化汽车工业的供应链乃至价值链。 关键词：汽车工业，WTO，供应链管理，产业集群，信息平台 THE THE TENTATⅣE IDEAS OF CHINA AUTO INDUSTRY’S SUPPLY CHAINⅣ【ANAGEMENT ABSTRACT After China being a member of WTO，China auto industry face lots of problem and a new environment ofcompetiton．AccordiIlg to the devdopment status ofChina auto indomy and developing trend ofworld auto industry,the whole vehicle industry and component industry has a tought job to do．And China supply chain structure has some drawbacks too．In the view of the situation，such as insufficient usage of production energy,low level of manufacture management and supply chain management，it is poimcd out in this article that China auto industry should adjust the current structure，go for a new developing direction,emphasize on the execution of the process which bases on the cost-reduce strategy focused on supply chain management．put more investment at the weak points as technology research and manufacture management，and finally get a more competitive power；Auto industry should proceed the reformation of industy clusters base on the idea of‘‘first component then whole vehicle”．We must also have a comprehensive view of what information technology Can do in the management of industry clusters management． Information technology will not only be used in single company or company group， but also in the whole supply chain of auto industry,even whole value chain．Taking the full USe of the foamres information technology has，like prompting efficiency, integration of resources and flexibility,it’s also suggested in this article th
