The factors affecting the transfer of patent technology in China include: China’s pharmaceutical innovation model is still not perfect, the project of scientific research in colleges and universities, focusing on the technical feasibility and non-economic performance, researchers pay more attention to the basic research than the application of the concept of contempt, platform and mechanism of technological innovation, and also lack of communication. Tn this paper, we also put forward some suggestions on how to eliminate the institutional barriers to the transfer of patent technology, the source of scientific research should also focus on integration with the market, build patent technology cooperation platform, play the interactive role of the government and the pharmaceutical market so as to improve the ability of technology innovation of Chinese medicine.
