摘 要 传统的雕刻加工是一门技术性要求很高的手工技艺，在艺术品、标牌、首饰等行业具有悠久的历史，产品的质量主要取决与雕刻师傅的技艺水平，而且劳动生产率低、成本高、可重复性差。随着时代的进步，科技的发展，雕刻机成为我们现代人与时俱进的先进工具,它省时省力又环保，应用也越来越广泛。近几年来中国的雕刻机迅速地发展着，从以前的手工雕刻转变为现在的机器雕刻。雕刻机给人们带来了巨大的方便，不仅节省了雕刻时间，还提高了雕刻的工艺，雕刻机的出现也带动了许多行业的发展，像木工雕刻机、石材雕刻机、数控雕刻机等等。 本文简要的介绍了雕刻机的起源和发展现状，分析了国内外雕刻机的特点，说明雕刻机的功能和使用范围，详细的分析了雕刻机的总体布局和结构方案，并详细介绍雕刻机手控逻辑板的设计和制作过程。 本课题是在参考现有雕刻机的基础上，设计的一种小型雕刻机，适合一般的塑料板、铝板等普通材料的机械加工。 关键字：传统雕刻； 机械雕刻； 提高； 雕刻机； LED键盘板； Abstract The traditional carving processing is a craftsmanship that demands high technology, it has a long history in art, signage, jewelry and other industry, the quality of the products mainly depends on the skill level of the carved teacher, and it has low labour productivity, high cost and the repeatability poor. With the progress of The Times, the development of science and technology, engraving machine become a tool ,with that we modern people can keep up with the advanced , it saves time and effort and protects environmental ,so it is applied more and more widely. In recent years,Chinese engraving machine, a rapid development from the previous manual sculpture into todays machines sculpture. Engraving machine has brought people great convenience, not only saves carving time, but also improves the sculpture craft, engraving machine presence also spurred many industry development, like wooden engraving machine, stone carving machines, CNC engraving machine, etc. This paper introduces the origin and engraving machines present situation of development ,it has analyzed the characteristics of domestic and international engraving machine that engraving machine function and use scope, detailed analysing of the general layout and carving machine structure scheme, and detailed introduction control logic board carved the design and manufacture process.
