2019年4月第39卷第4期 中国实用内科杂志 347 指南与共识 DOI：10.19538/j.nk2019040108 中国居民补碘指南解读 单忠艳 摘要 ： 文章解读今年颁布的中国首部《中国居民补碘指南》重点内容。碘是甲状腺激素的主要原料，适量碘摄入对 于甲状腺激素合成、后代脑发育等至关重要。食物中的碘不足以满足人体对碘的需求，普遍食盐加碘是最有效最经 济的补碘措施。妊娠妇女每天需碘量增加，自身免疫性甲状腺炎的患者需要保持碘充足状态，而甲状腺肿的患者要 鉴别因缺碘还是碘过量所致，碘缺乏不仅导致甲状腺结节患病率增加还能使恶性度更高的未分化型甲状腺癌和滤 泡性甲状腺癌病理类型增多。 关键词 ： 碘 ；补充 ；指南 中图分类号：R581　文献标识码：A Interpretation of Guidelines to Iodine Supplementation for Chinese Residents. Iodine is a key component of the thyroid hormone. Sufcient iodine intake is crucial for thyroid hormone synthesis and brain development of ofspring. Universal salt iodization is the most efective strategy to compensate the iodine defciency in daily food. For pregnant women, daily iodine requirements increase. Patients with autoimmune thyroiditis need to maintain adequate iodine status while the goiter patients should be distinguished whether it is caused by iodine defciency or iodine excess. Iodine defciency not only increases the prevalence of thyroid nodules but also increases the pathological types of anaplastic thyroid cancer and follicular thyroid cancer.
