AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT It is one of current hot topic that how to improve the capacity and effectiveness of science communication with network．The success of mnnual Scientific Carnival makes the Science Squirrels more popular．This is a non—governmental scientific organization，which has been committed to science writing based on web，meanwhile develop activities and book publishing．The Scientific Carnival，some kind of the Edinburgh Science Festival，let US see different communication subject have cooperation and integration with different media．Also let the author think about the subject of science communication，means of communication，and communication of ideas and SO on．In this paper,the author use the quantitative and comparative research method，based on the dissemination of science and technology information received and case study of the science squirrels，with statistical analysis of the website and the contexts and audience survey,got the first-hand data resources，the author want to make up for the lack of current research in this area and have some innovation． This article looks forward to discussing the elements’characteristic，mode of communication and function，subj ect to study the communication ideas，scientific writing and other enlightening significance The first part of this paper is the second chapter,focuses on the basic theory of science communication，in order to provide theoretical basis for the whole．This part mainly to clarify the concept and meaning of science communication，clear the contents of science communication，pay more attention to scientific concept，and finally sort out a few relevant concepts，to lay the foundation for the later text． Chapter III is the focus of the full text，research on science communication elements of the science squirrel and its function，finger out it is non-governmental organizations，characteristic of subject and Audience，then build up the model of communication．These also bring out the SUCCESS．Chapter IV
