湖南大学土木工程学院本科生毕业设计(论文) PAGE PAGE ii 摘 要 本设计为宿豫县玉皇隧道设计,设计为单向两车道,隧道全长135m,净宽10.75m,限高5m,衬砌内轮廓采用三心圆拱曲墙式。 根据提供的工程地质资料及相关设计标准,进行了宿豫县玉皇隧道(右线)设计。在该隧道的设计中,根据规范的要求整体使用新奥法设计。初期支护采用锚喷支护:即使用锚杆和钢筋网和喷射混凝土作为初期支护,模筑混凝土作为二次衬砌,二者共同作用来形成整个隧道的结构支护体系。 该隧道工程的设计内容由七部分组成。第一部分为工程概述,主要介绍隧道区的地形、地质条件,以及各类围岩的物理力学指标;设计依据及标准;第二部总体设计,根据规范的要求和标准确定隧道横断面的形式;第三部分对隧道洞门进行设计,包括对洞门的几何尺寸的确定、抗滑、抗倾、以及墙身截面应力的验算;第四部分为衬砌设计与内力计算、洞身配筋计算,根据隧道的结构受力分析对隧道进行配筋等计算;第五部分为隧道爆破设计,根据地质以及隧道的要求确定隧道的爆破施工参数,炮眼布置等;第六部分为隧道附属设施设计,包括排水等。第七部分为施工组织设计,具体解释说明施工工艺。 关键词:新奥法;锚喷支护;山岭隧道;复合式衬砌 Abstract It is the design of the constuction of the yuhuang tunnel .The tunnel is designed to be one-way with two lanes. It is 135 meters in length, 10.75 meters in clear width with the heigth limit of 5m. The outline of the lining work adopts the type of three-circle arched wall. According to the provided engineering geology data and the correlative standard, the right line of the yuhuang tunnel is designed. The New Austrian Tunneling Method was adopted in this design.Using the supports and protections with anchor rod and spurting concrete:namely anchor rod and steel bar net as well as spurting concrete as initial period supports and protections, the mold building concrete as twice lining works. Both of them work together to form the whole supports and protection system. The design is made up of 7 parts. The first part is concerning the outline of the project, mainly introducing the terrain, the geology condition of the tunnel area, together with physical mechanics index and stardard of each level of adjacent formation.The second introduces the design of the cross section shape of the tunnel on the basis of the rule.The third part refers to the door of tunnel, including determination of the measurement of the parnal as well as examination of anti-slide and anti-tilt The forth part is composed of design of lining work design and structure,which is based on the analysis of its inner force.
