黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 本科学生毕业设计 恒压供水控制系统的设计 本科生毕业设计 PAGE III 摘 要 本文提出的系统设计方案是以ATMEL公司的AT89C51为基础，同时描述了包括变频器和传感器在内的硬件控制系统和相应的软件控制系统。充分发挥了单片机成本低，易于使用的特点。因为电机的转速与水泵耗电功率的三次方形成正比关系，所以会使水泵调速运行的节能效果变得更加显著，平均耗电量较一般的供水方式节也能节省近四成。系统本身使用51型单片机进行控制，可以实现主泵变频，副泵软启动，工作时具有短路保护、过流保护等功能，性能上具有工作稳定可靠，延长电机使用寿命等优点。随着社会经济的飞速发展与城市建设规模的不断扩大，人口的增多以及人们生活水平的不断提高，对城市供水的数量、质量、稳定性提出了越来越高的要求。建设节约型社会，合理开发、节约利用和有效保护水资源也是一项艰巨任务。因此，有利于节能节水的变频调速恒压供水系统得到了更广泛的应用。本文论述了变频调速恒压供水系统的调速原理及节能分析,描述了变频调速恒压供水系统的设计和实现方法。 关键词： 变频调速；恒压供水；AT89C51单片机；电机转速；水泵 ABSTRACT This paper discusses the frequency conversion speed adjusting water supply system and energy-saving principle of speed control，and mainly describes the design and implementation approach of the frequency conversion speed adjusting water supply system. The proposed system design is based on the companys AT89C51 based ATMEL, also described including the transducer and sensor control system including hardware, software control systems and the corresponding.
