tf tfa--r 中文摘要 2008 年，电信重组后中国电信运营业三足鼎立，市场竞争日趋激烈。在这 个关键性的市场发展拐点时期，行业用户毋庸置疑地成为了电信业党争的焦点， ICT 业务发展进入了新的阶段。而在此期间，中国物流行业正处于飞速发展的轨 道上，中阔的物流市场是现出岳大的发展空间。当前我罔物流主要有几个方面的 问题亟待解决或加强:商品循环周期长、周转慢、货损率高，很难引进国外先进物 流方式。以物流系统设计，物流总代理等为代我的高增值综合性服务尚未出水闹。 本文根据物流管理的相关理论和物流信息系统建设的相关知识，从物流行业 信息管理，物流信息系统建设等方面，结合本人在中罔联通系统集成中心进行 ICT 项目建设时积累的经验和方法，通过工作中提供给客户的各种全新的技术手 段，如短信通知技术、 RFID 射频技术、 GPS 定位和地理信息展示等等，针对于 物流行业提高管理水平增加客户满意度等目标进行方案设计和最终实施的可行 性分析。 最后，作者对当前物流行业中的 ICT 项目建设存在的问题和不足进行阐述， 并提出自己的改进意见和建议。 关键词: 物流管理， ICT 技术，电信运营商，系统集成 !? !?、 ABSTRACT In 2008，after 也e rωrganization of the telecommunications indus町， market competition becomes increasingly fierce. At this critical turning point of the market development period， the industry has become a us町 without any doubt the focus of competition in the telecommunications industtγ. ICT business development has entered a new stage. In也e meantime，Chinas logistics indus町 is in a rapid development track. Chinas logistics market has huge room for development. Chinas logistics major aspects of problems need to be solved or strengthen: long commodity cycle length，slow tumover，high rate of damage，difficulty of introducing foreign advanced logistics.
