Methods 76 patients with chronic heart failure in Cardiology of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from March 2011 to December 2011 were enrolled as patients group.NYHA cardiac functional grading were evaluated in CHF patients（17 with NHYA class II、39 with NHYA class Ⅲ and 20 with CHF class IV ).30 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group ， The age and sex no significant difference between two groups . Venous bloods were take from both groups to determine their contents of serum TNF-α，IL-1β，IL-6,their serum contents were compared statistically between the CHF patients with various degree，between CHF group and the controls，and between CHF patients before and after treatment. All the data using SPSS version 17.0 software statistical analysis.P＜0.05 have statistical significance. Results The contents of serum cytokine TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 in patients groups are significantly higher than those in control groups（P＜0.01）. The contents of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 in patients group are significantly different among the group of different classification of cardiac functio（P＜0.05 或 P＜0.01）.The contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 in CHF patients are markedly higher then those in patients after two weeks treatment（P＜0.01）.
