万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Abstract Water flooding is the main method to enhance oil recovery. At present, Most of oil field is using one measuring and one adjusting method in our country, only one layer of injection well is measured and adjusted at one time by using this method, This traditional method is high labor-intensive, high-cost, inefficient and has been unable to meet the current needs of production. So this paper explores a kind of high efficient, low cost measuring and adjusting control technology to solve the defects of traditional method. Based on analyzing the current situation of water flooding technology and actual project, an overall scheme for the control system is proposed by this thesis: the hardware software of control system use C8051F040 MCU as the core, hardware circuit mainly includes switching power supply module, decoding module, communication module, switching power supply module adopts a double end forward topology which controls the output voltage and polarity in the control system, down-hole instrument has five movements and each movement is corresponding to the appropriate voltage and polarity, decoding module comprises hardware and software portions, the down-hole code signal is processed by hardware circuit and decoded by MCU, the control system can communicate with the PC for Parameter setting and data uploading by the USB to UART communication circuit. Host computer was designed on the Delphi platform, through which can complete the data processing, down-hole status display and send instructions, etc. After the data processing and comparison by the host computer, the control system will receive an instruction from the host, and each instruction corresponds to the corresponding voltage and polarity. We can control the action of the oil logging tool by the different voltage and polarity and achieve the goal of water flooding.
